Electrical Account Manager

Star Group is seeking a Service Account Manager to join our Condell Park Service Team

Star Group is offering an outstanding opportunity for the right candidate who is motivated to further their career with Tier 1 electrical, communications and maintenance contractors specialising in electrical, data and communications, high voltage, audio-visual and engineering services.

As a Service Account Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support. 

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Budgets
• Client and Subcontractor Management
• Labour and workforce management
• Procurement, materials, plant and equipment
• Quality control and assurance
• Compliance
• Programs and deliverables
• Reporting
• HSE practices and compliance
• Internal policies and procedures

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Electrical trade or relevant qualifications in electrical industry.
• Strong expertise in reading and interpreting drawings and specifications.
• Strong ability to lead teams and build relationships with clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Experience managing electrical service accounts ensuring deliverables and service level agreements are met or exceeded.
