SE Distribution is offering an outstanding opportunity for the right candidate who is motivated to further their career with Tier 1 electrical, communications and maintenance contractors specialising in electrical, data and communications, high voltage, audio-visual and engineering services.

As a Warehouse Storeperson, you will assist the team with day-to-day warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general warehousing duties, including picking and packing goods
• Handle receipt and dispatch of goods
• Assist with daily delivery runs
• Operate a forklift daily
• Liaise with office staff regarding discrepancies
• Manage the plant and equipment hire database
• Arrange courier requirements
• Ensure accurate deliveries by liaising with site staff
• Use the Company Sage database
• Assist with stocktakes and inventory reconciliation
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Perform driving duties as required

Customer Service:

• Communicate politely and professionally with peers, customers, and management
• Represent the company in a courteous manner
• Maintain personal hygiene and presentability

Work Health & Safety (WH&S):

• Adhere to all WH&S procedures
• Ensure a safe workplace environment
• Take responsibility for personal safety on-site

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse operations
• Multi-skilled across warehouse duties
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Forklift operation within WHS guidelines
• Manual handling up to 20kg
• General computer skills
• Strong communication and liaison skills
• Current driver's licence
• Current truck and forklift licences (advantageous but not essential)
• Experience in a similar supervisory role (minimum 2 years)
