Our growth means that we are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team and be engaged with the many projects that we are currently undertaking, with an emphasis on collaboration, adaptability, professional excellence, and buildability. 

Your New Role

  • Undertake electrical services design and coordination from concept through to detailed design and ultimately commissioning and handover across a wide range of projects with differing complexity.
  • Be responsible for delivery of the electrical scope, in adherence to project quality systems, programs and project cost control/budgets.
  • Be an active member of the electrical engineering team and contribute to the team's success.
  • Provide technical expertise, mentor and develop other team members, engineers and sub-contractors.
  • Be responsible for managing your own time.
  • Capable of securing internal and external project opportunities while being commercially sensitive.
  • Engage and manage client/stakeholders to deliver successfully and desired outcomes.

 

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in the electrical engineering consultancy field.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with on-site project teams.
  • Candidates with proven experience of managing building services teams will be favoured.
  • Familiarity and proficiency in industry standard programs including PowerCAD, AGI32, AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Ability to achieve and maintain high levels of quality and consistency of outputs.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for quality of deliverables and meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional levels of written and oral communication skills.
  • You will hold a qualified and recognised electrical engineering degree.
  • You will have an established reputation in Sydney, have at least 10 years of experience within the industry and are already holding or working towards chartered status.
