Seeking an Experienced Service Administrative Assistant for Electrical Service Projects

Our Opportunity

We believe the success of our business comes from our people. We are now searching for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our service team. It is a critical position reporting to Account Managers and working on Star Group's maintenance sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
  • Process completed paperwork from technicians & sub-contractors
  • Correlate site testing reports ready for invoicing
  • Work with accounts and payroll to help process weekly timesheets for on-the-site staff
  • Maintain and update project files and records.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Support the electrical team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in the electrical industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of electrical industry terminology and practices is a plus.
