Electrical Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Assist the Service Division Team with coordinating reactive service and preventative maintenance to meet Customer targets.
• Provide Administrative and service support for the team
• Coordinate and schedule electrical service appointments.
• Manage service orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Collaborate with electricians and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of service activities and customer interactions.
• Follow up on work completion dates and keep clients informed about quotations and timelines.
• Coordinate all invoicing for projects including accounts payable and accounts receivable

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Experience in service coordination within the trade/construction industry (desirable).
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in scheduling and coordinating trades to achieve targets
• Flexible and adaptable to support divisional team
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Willing to develop skills & learn new skills
