We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Foreperson to oversee on-site operations and ensure the project runs smoothly.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a significant development that will transform healthcare in the Eurobodalla region.

STAR Group has a new opportunity to support the needs of Eurobodalla Shire. The new Eurobodalla Regional Hospital will support the community and increase healthcare services to the region. The goal is to deliver contemporary medical, surgical and outpatient services. 

Project Overview:

Star is looking for experienced and talented Electrical Foreman/Foreperson interested in working in the Eurobodalla Region. The hospital project will include:

  • Emergency Department
  • Intensive Care Unit
  • Surgical and operating theatres
  • Medical imaging space
  • Education and training facilities

Your Opportunity:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.
  • Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment

About You:

We are looking for candidates that showcase, Passion, Creativity, Collaboration and Trust and should also possess:

  • A valid Electrical License and trade qualifications (Mandatory).
  • A valid White Card (Mandatory)
  • Registration as a Communications and Data Cabler with endorsements (Preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills for technical fault-finding.
  • Strong Leadership skills to guide a team.
  • Experience in a commercial environment with a commitment to safety standards.
  • Previous Hospital development experience or equivalent (Preferred).
