The Role

In response to workflow, Source are in an unprecedented period of rapid growth, we have opportunities available for legal professionals who are driven, motivated and offer excellent client service.

With continuous growth of our client base, we are always seeking outstanding legal professionals to join our high-performance team of lawyers in NZ. 

We are looking for high performing professionals who are commercially savvy, highly responsive and able to provide clear and decisive legal advice. For your contribution you would be given the opportunity to work in a diverse in-house style role, across sectors and clients of various sizes, with no billable hours.

We’re looking for someone:

• With 5+ years Post Admission Experience, working within a combination of in-house of private practice environment out of our Auckland office.
• Experience within commercial law.
• With an entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set and outstanding client management skills.
• Someone who is commercial minded, who is comfortable giving pragmatic advice and making decisions – no sitting on the fence.
• Who is a self-starter, can work quickly, be adaptable, communicate clearly and be passionate about client experience.
