About the Role

As a Softscape Team Member, you will play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful green spaces for our clients. This hands-on position involves performing landscape construction activities on site, such as turfing, paving rectification, and other softscape installations.

Participate in landscape construction activities, including turfing, laying pavers, and rectifying paving issues.
Plant trees, shrubs, ground covers, and other softscape elements according to landscape plans and specifications.
Prepare sites for softscape installation by clearing debris, levelling ground, and amending soil as necessary.
Ensure worksites are clean, organised, and safe throughout and after project completion.

About You

Previous experience in landscaping, horticulture, or related fields.
A basic understanding of plant care, irrigation systems, and landscape construction techniques is advantageous.
Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
