Apprentice and Employment Consultant 

In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload of Apprentices and Trainees, guiding them from their first steps to successful completion. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships and identifying new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality management, training and mentoring to a caseload of apprentices and trainees.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Market and promote Australian Apprenticeships within the region. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients 
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing, screening, and selection processes to identify top talent for our clients.
  • Proactively identify emerging trends and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment initiatives and deliverables.

Who you are: 

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, with a knack for relationship building 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills 
  • Strong understanding of employment needs, with apprentice mentoring experience highly regarded.
  • Motivated, results-oriented individual 
  • Initiative, drive, and the ability to work autonomously while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements: 

  • Valid working with children check (or willing to obtain prior to commencing)
  • Current drivers licence
  • Current National Police Check (within the last 12 months)
  • Eligibility to work in Australia (Full working rights) 
  • This role requires an Australian Federal Police Check and a Working with Children Blue Card, which we will arrange for the successful applicant.
