About the role

As a Medical Receptionist, you will act as the first and last point of contact for our patients, providing excellent service, accurate bookings of procedures over the telephone, settling patient accounts and updating patient profiles.  

In addition, this role will be heavily involved in Patient Services tasks such as liaising with medical specialists, GPs, patients and members of the general public; assisting with everything from general enquiries to the co-ordination of bookings over the telephone.

This position is Full Time – 75 HOURS PER FORTNIGHT

Your flexibility is key as start and finish times will be variable. Being a hospital site, operating hours are during and outside of standard business hours. This branch opens 7 days a week with service level hours subject to change as per the demands of the branch and/or hospital. There is an expectation of this role to work hours across the full week as per the branch roster.
