About the role

We are seeking a reliable individual to join our expanding north of the river Medical Receptionist Reliever team on a full time basis. This position is based at our comprehensive Subiaco branch travelling to and providing relief to all SKG branches located north of the river including Currambine, Woodvale, Duncraig, Morley, Mt Lawley, Midland, Subiaco, West Perth and Hollywood Hospital in Nedlands. Travel kilometres between the sites are paid. 

 

As a Medical Receptionist, you will act as the first and last point of contact for our patients, providing excellent service, accurate bookings of procedures, settling patient accounts and updating patient profiles.  

This position is Full Time worked as 75 hours per fortnight.

Your flexibility is key as start and finish times will be variable and operating hours are during and outside of standard business hours. These branches open 7 days a week with service level hours subject to change as per the demands of the branch and/or hospital. There is an expectation of this role to work hours across the full week as per the branch roster.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • A valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle is required

 

Previous experience within a customer service industry will be highly desirable; however, this is not mandatory, as full training will be provided.
