About the role

We are looking for a highly-qualified Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our busy team to work across our Nuclear Medicine locations, including our state of the art facility in partnership with GenesisCare housing the first digital PET-CT scanner in Western Australia. 

As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will perform Nuclear Medicine and PET-CT examinations producing the highest quality images from procedures, whilst ensuring the best possible service is given to patients at all times.

The position is Full Time - 80 hours per fortnight, currently worked as 8 hours a day 5 days a week across multiple sites. In addition, you may be required to participate in public holiday, shift and weekend rosters.

 

Role requirements

  • A Patients First focus
  • Current registration with AHPRA – Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia
  • Current Radioactive Substances licence from the WA Radiological Council (or eligible)
  • Demonstrated ability to perform high quality Nuclear Medicine imaging examinations
  • The ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
  • The flexibility to work between three sites
  • Effective communication and time management skills
  • A passion for delivering premium customer service
  • A commitment to your own professional development
  • Experience in PET-CT required

Although not essential Radiopharmaceutical Therapy/Theranostics will be highly regarded.

Please note that the successful candidate is required to provide evidence of vaccination/immunity/screening to a list of vaccine-preventable diseases prior to commencement of employment.
