About the role

Our Patient Services team is responsible for liaising with medical specialists, GPs, patients and members of the general public; assisting with everything from general enquiries to the co-ordination of bookings over the telephone.

In the role of Patient Services Officer you will be the first point of contact for people choosing our company and therefore can make or break our reputation hence a welcoming, professional and accurate approach is key.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • The ability to multi task and adapt quickly to different situations
  • High degree of computer literacy

This is a Full Time position worked as 75 hours per fortnight.

Due to the nature of the position, flexibility is key as shift start and finish times will be variable and include weekend shifts. There is an expectation of this role to work hours across the full week as per the department roster.
