About the position

We are seeking a motivated Instrument Technician who has completed Certificate III in Sterilisation to ensure the provision of effective and efficient cleaning, preparation and storage of instruments and equipment for Theatre and Dental Services.

This position is Casual

Ideally you will possess:

  • Certificate III in Sterilisation or equivalent preferably
  • Sound understanding and knowledge of infection control requirements and Australian Sterilising Standard (AS/NZS4187)
  • Excellent team work skills with ability to work collaboratively
  • Knowledge of the Infection Control cleaning standards
  • An understanding of OH&S policies and procedures
  • An understanding of and commitment to quality improvements
