Make an impact at Serco
As a Case Management Administrator at the Adelaide Remand Centre, you will play a key role in reducing the likelihood and seriousness of reoffending among inmates. Using specialist tools, you’ll assess inmate needs, develop tailored management plans, and work closely with partners to support effective rehabilitation and reintegration. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to fostering a culturally sensitive and inclusive environment.

To be successful in this role you’ll have:
- A tertiary qualification in Criminology, Social Work, or Social Sciences, or relevant industry experience.
- Experience in a custodial or similar environment, managing complex human behaviour.
- A thorough understanding of case management practices and their application to offender rehabilitation.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to prepare reports and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Resilience, empathy, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanour.
