Make an impact at Serco

As a Process Analyst in the Business Transformation team, you’ll make a positive impact by enhancing process efficiency, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with Serco’s goals and standards. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Transformation, you will be key in driving process improvements and ensuring robust documentation and compliance across all projects.

As a Process Analyst in the Business Transformation team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • Developing and maintaining detailed documentation of processes and workflows.
  • Identifying inefficiencies and recommending process improvements.
  • Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on process effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to tailor processes and address challenges.
  • Providing training and support on new or revised processes.
  • Managing risks related to process execution and facilitating change management.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulations, and governance.

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

  • Tertiary/Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Six Sigma, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Strong process root cause analysis, analytical skills, and communication skills.
  • Experience in change management and process improvement across operations.
  • 3+ years of experience in the process improvement field.
  • Experience in BPMN Process Mapping and proficiency with Microsoft Visio.
  • Strong operational and business acumen.
