As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring healthcare facilities across Western Australia have access to highly skilled nursing professionals when they need it most. You’ll manage recruitment for temporary nursing roles, ensuring fast and seamless placements.
This is a unique opportunity within Serco to help fill critical gaps and make a meaningful contribution to public health services.
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you’ll make a positive impact by:
- Proactively searching for best of breed nursing talent across all social and networking platforms and job boards
- Building a talent pool of qualified nurses for temporary roles
- Continuously generating, maintaining, and sharing a suite of high-quality reports that evidence activity and results
- Coordinating interviews, credential checks, and compliance processes
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives

- Recent experience in high-volume temporary healthcare recruitment
- Knowledge of nursing roles, healthcare operations, or clinical recruitment
- A data driven orientation – You base decisions on data and share self-generated data to influence others

- The ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet placement targets
- A proactive, solution-focused approach with high attention to detail.
