We are looking for a dedicated Workforce Management Coordinator to support our Workforce Management Lead and our Operational Support Centre (OSC). You’ll play a key role in managing roster operations and supporting our diverse contract teams, ensuring we meet our roster management KPIs. 

This role includes a rotating after-hours support requirement.  

As a Workforce Management Coordinator in the Operational Support Centre team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • Managing end-to-end roster processes, including building, optimising, and maintaining rosters.
  • Handling backfill requirements and managing vacancies.
  • Building strong relationships with contract teams and employees.
  • Processing and analysing roster variations and secondments.
  • Auditing rosters to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Driving process improvements and implementing innovative solutions.

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

  • Experience in workforce management methodologies and customer service environments.
  • Proven skills in roster maintenance and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong initiative in process improvement and task efficiency.
  • Knowledge of Workforce Management Software systems and reporting capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formula creation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks under pressure and with attention to detail.
