As an Operations Coordinator within the Vic/Tas Regional Leadership team for Serco’s ADF Health Services Contract, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of workforce and recruitment tasks, while assisting in driving performance for the region. You'll collaborate with a range of stakeholders, using your organisational and communication skills to support team operations and make a positive impact across the business.

As an Operations Coordinator in the team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • Managing staff records, leave approvals, and compliance for JHC readiness.
  • Supporting Operations Managers with mandatory training completion.
  • Collaborating with payroll for accurate rostered hours and issue resolution.
  • Assisting with workforce optimisation, including filling roster vacancies.
  • Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of employees.
  • Managing client and internal reporting for Operations and Regional Managers.

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent data management skills.
  • Great organisational and time management abilities.
  • Solid technical skills, including MS Office and Power BI.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building stakeholder relationships.
  • The ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience in administrative roles, ideally with 24/7 rostering.
  • Prior experience in clinical and/or defence environments is highly regarded.
