As the MyCred Manager in the Community Services, Health Hub team, you will play a vital role in in contributing to our Health Business by coordinating and managing the MyCred system, which ensures seamless credentialing and compliance for our healthcare services. You’ll lead a team and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to oversee the smooth onboarding of new contracts, enhance system functionality, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a business manager mindset, understanding how to translate compliance and credentialing requirements into operations and deliver a seamless, quality service.

As a MyCred Manager, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations of the MyCred team to ensure contract deliverables.
  • Coordinating onboarding and optimising MyCred usage for new and existing contracts.
  • Providing leadership, support, and development for your team.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure system efficiency and quality outcomes.
  • Leading improvements and testing of MyCred system functionalities.
  • Contributing to the strategic development of the Health Business.
  • Ensuring data integrity, quality assurance and risk management processes are in place.

  • Excellent communication and time management abilities.
