As a Candidate Onboarding Coordinator in our team, you’ll make a positive impact by supporting the onboarding journey of new employees. You’ll be working closely with candidates and operational teams to ensure all onboarding, compliance, and readiness activities are completed efficiently and to a high standard. You'll be key to helping candidates feel supported and welcomed into their new roles.

As a Candidate Onboarding Coordinator, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • Managing baseline security clearance, training, and readiness processes for candidates.
  • Ensuring compliance items are tracked and approved within our systems.
  • Undertaking direct and supportive communication with candidates and operations teams.
  • Monitoring compliance records and escalating risks or delays as needed.
  • Assisting with onboarding reporting, analysis, and documentation management.
  • Supporting continuous quality improvement and participating in team activities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • High level interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new IT systems.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Demonstrated experience or qualifications in business administration, data management, or compliance.
