Reporting to the reception manager, you will be committed to providing a professional, customer-focused and welcoming service to all individuals at Fiona Stanley Hospital. You will be the initial point of contact for the Reception Service area assisting Hospital Users with enquires and requests for information. You will be responsible for handling these in an efficient and professional manner, providing quality customer service always. You will be accountable for assisting courier deliveries and providing access to translation services for non-English speaking visitors. You will ensure that the reception areas are well maintained.

To be successful in this role you’ll have:
- The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour
- Ability to communicate, and liaise effectively with a wide range of people in a sensitive and confidential manner and deal with difficult customers
- Completed Year 10 English or equivalent
- The ability to be prepared to take initiative and work autonomously and as part of a larger team
- A high standard of communication skills, written, spoken and listening
- Presentation to the highest standard
- Commitment to confidentiality requirements in line with company policy
- Ability to work under pressure and have a high attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working within a Healthcare environment, including basic medical terminology (desired)
