Sentence Management Administrator

As a Sentence Management Administrator at Acacia Prison, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accurate preparation and maintenance of prisoner reports related to security ratings, individual management plans, transfers, and parole. You will work closely with a diverse team to gather information and provide support while maintaining confidentiality and non-judgmental communication. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Wooroloo, WA, within the Justice division.

As a Sentence Management Administrator in the Justice team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • Conducting daily interactions with prisoners, including interviews.
  • Preparing a variety of template reports and maintaining high-quality documentation.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to gather information.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with policies, procedures, and legislation.
  • Performing general office administration tasks to support the team.
  • Continuously contributing to the improvement of processes and systems.
