As an Associate Project Manager at Fiona Stanley Hospital in Perth, you’ll play a key role in managing a range of multidisciplinary projects across departments and services. Your work will ensure each project meets its scope, quality, and budget requirements.
You’ll be part of a collaborative Estates Program team, contributing to the delivery of innovative solutions that address complex challenges while directly impacting the quality of services provided to the hospital and its stakeholders.
As an Associate Project Manager, you’ll make a positive impact by:
- Managing multiple projects valued up to $30,000 through all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Preparing and maintaining up-to-date documentation for audits and reviews.
- Coordinating project deliverables, quality reviews, and completion signoffs.
- Leading compliance and permitting processes via the Rapid Global System.
- Engaging with diverse stakeholders and providing project updates and presentations.

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of finance, budgeting processes, and building/construction principles.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and SharePoint, and medium proficiency with MS Project.
- Experience in project management or administration in building or facility management industries.
- Knowledge of technical drawings, specifications, and project cost/time estimation.
This role requires a National Police Check and compliance with WA Health vaccination requirements.
