As an Admin Officer, you will provide vital administrative and customer service support to the Visits area at Acacia Prison. You’ll assist with visitor bookings, answer queries, and ensure smooth processing for all visitors. This role requires high levels of organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with visitors and staff from various backgrounds.
As an Admin Officer in the Visits team, you’ll make a positive impact by:
- Processing visitor bookings and providing administrative support for visits
- Answering phone and reception queries with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintaining accurate data entry and administrative records
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assisting with general administrative duties as needed
