Customer Service Officer - Fiona Stanley Hospital - $66,000 (minimum) - negotiable depending on experience

Reporting to the Helpdesk Team Leader, you will be key to providing the highest level of customer service to hospital functions and members of the community. You will be communicating with key stakeholders and delivering up to date information to callers, as well as registering and scheduling tasks for services in the hospital.
As a Customer Service Officer in the Helpdesk and Communications team, you’ll make a positive impact by:
- Handling and actioning service requests with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Responding to hospital emergencies in a prompt and efficient manner
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions and following policies for data management
- Collaborating with hospital staff and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Building strong relationships with patients, staff, and external stakeholders
