As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality healthcare services within a correctional environment. You’ll work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting where your clinical skills and compassionate care are crucial. You will be a vital part of a dedicated team that prioritises patient well-being and high standards of clinical care.

This role is full-time, with a variety of shift options available to suit your lifestyle.  Working a 24/7 roster with 10, 8, or 6-hour shifts and 6 weeks annual leave.

As a Registered Nurse in the Healthcare team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.

  • Maintaining high professional and ethical standards in all aspects of patient care.

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
  • Relevant experience in primary health or acute care settings.
  • Experience in justice and correctional settings is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage and respect diverse cultural backgrounds and customs.
  • High levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
