Electronic Records Management provides mail, archiving, records and information management services to the Facilities Management (FM) and wider Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH). Within this service is an information management function to manage several collections of information, records, document control and data for the FM and on behalf of the WA State and WA Health.

Reporting to the Mailroom Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling, preparing and processing mail items
  • Collect and deliver internal mail throughout FSH
  • Collect, weigh and replace confidential waste bins
  • Open, assess and sort mail items into different categories
  • Scan mail items using the equipment provided
  • Capture metadata and index documents into the OnBase application
  • Use the OnBase application to retrieve and/or add cartons
  • Assist with printing jobs, including fold and insert, franking and dispatch
  • Provide telephonic assistance to FSH and Serco staff when needed
