As a Workforce Coordinator in our Operational Support Centre (OSC) team, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and optimising contract rosters, acting as the key contact for Workforce Management end users. This is a fantastic opportunity to support day-to-day rostering activities, identify process improvements, and engage with contracts to ensure key performance indicators are met.

As a Workforce Coordinator, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • Maintaining end-to-end rosters, including unplanned leave backfill and staffing tables.
  • Managing roster gaps and processing variations and secondments.
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams and external customers.
  • Communicating key updates between the OSC and contracts.
  • Identifying and implementing roster management improvements.
  • Analysing and reporting roster performance, ensuring KPIs are met.

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

  • Experience with workforce management or rostering in a customer service environment.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Workforce Management Software systems and reporting capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and effectively prioritise tasks.
  • A proactive mindset, committed to accountability and problem-solving.
