As a Clinical Team Leader in the Health Services team at Clarence Correctional Centre, you’ll make a positive impact by delivering patient-centred care in a correctional environment. You will lead a team of dedicated health professionals, including Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses, while collaborating with Nurse Practitioners and specialists in areas such as Sexual Health, Chronic Disease, and Mental Health.

• Collaborating with correctional staff to ensure integrated care
• Managing clinical priorities in a fast-paced environment

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

• Current unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
• Post-graduate qualifications in a clinical specialty or management, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in leading healthcare teams, ideally in a correctional setting
• Ongoing participation in Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
• Strong self-management and resilience to work autonomously
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds
