As an Administration Support Officer in the Education and Vocational Training team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of educational and vocational training programs to prisoners. This is a part-time position reporting to the Education and Vocational Training Manager, where you will ensure smooth administrative operations in a dynamic environment.

As an Administration Support Officer in the Education and Vocational Training team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • Managing administrative functions to support the delivery of education and training programs
  • Maintaining accurate records and data entry with high attention to detail
  • Assisting with ordering and supply chain management for educational resources
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Upholding confidentiality and professional integrity at all times

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

  • Strong experience in administration within a large organisation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly learn and use unfamiliar software systems
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
