You will be part of the Facilities Maintenance team, ensuring that day-to-day operations and maintenance activities are performed efficiently. In this full-time role, you’ll work closely with a dynamic team to support the safe, secure, and effective operation of our facilities, handling general maintenance tasks and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician in the Facilities Maintenance team, you’ll make a positive impact by:
● Providing day-to-day responses to identified issues and failures
● Performing general facilities maintenance and minor repairs
● Conducting scheduled preventative maintenance as outlined in the Asset Management Plan
● Ensuring compliance with National and State legislation in all tasks
● Collaborating with subcontractors and teams to deliver maintenance and project management services
● Promoting a safety-first attitude and ensuring all tasks are completed safely

You are a proactive and reliable individual with a strong background in general facilities maintenance and building repairs. You have a natural ability to prioritize competing tasks and are committed to working safely and efficiently. You will thrive in a supportive team environment and enjoy working on a variety of tasks.

To be successful in this role you’ll have:
● A relevant Trade Certificate (e.g., Certificate III in Carpentry or Building and Construction)
● Experience in general facilities maintenance and building repairs
● Knowledge of Microsoft applications and systems
● The ability to prioritize competing tasks and objectives
● A focus on safety and attention to detail
● Honesty, integrity, and a collaborative mindset
