As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts that inspire, inform, and captivate our audiences. Your role involves understanding project requirements and translating them into design solutions that communicate our brand's message effectively. You will also be responsible for preparing finished art for campaigns.

Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer the Graphic Designer is responsible for collaborating closely with Marketing team members and external agencies, you'll create various types of graphics, including logos, illustrations, layouts, and marketing materials. 

The purpose of the Schnitz Graphic Designer is to visually communicate the brand's identity, values, and messaging through creative and impactful design. 

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

The Role Recipe:

  • Assist in responding to briefs.
  • Assist in creative work to ensure they are delivered on time and to budget
  • Contribute to team planning and resourcing to ensure the best teams possible are being created for each project
  • Be a team player and help assist with workload.
  • Ensure all files are saved in an orderly manner in drives.
  • Assist in marketing led presentations for conference and state meetings
  • Help deliver finished art for collateral
  • Help roll out digital media assets

Key ingredients:

  • 2 years+ experience as an in-house designer or in a similar role
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects & Dreamweaver)
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A recently updated Portfolio showcasing your ability
