We are looking for a National Operations Manager to drive the financial and operational performance of our restaurants nationwide. To be successful in this role you need to be people focused with the ability to motivate and engage a team.
The Role Recipe
- Managing the Operations department and playing a critical in the Senior Leadership Team;
- Driving and implementing key initiatives in line with the company strategy;
- Overseeing and managing project deliverables, timelines and budgets for the operations department;
- Ensuring our Regional Managers and Area Managers are driving targets, analysing Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and addressing financial management issues, impacting on restaurant profitability;
- Providing our Regional Managers with practical expert advice and supporting them to improve efficiencies
- Driving the team to support our Franchisees and Restaurant Managers grow sales and local market share in a way that is consistent with our operations strategy;
- Effectively partnering with key stakeholders across the business, ensuring alignment on key business goals achieved by applying a collaborative style;
- Continual analysis of current practices for the development of ongoing operational efficiencies and productivity across a vast network of franchise and company stores;
- Develop your team in line with the learning & development, succession planning and growth strategies of the business.
Key Ingredients
- Solid commercial acumen with experience in a senior operational role in the franchising sector;
- Ability and knowledge to streamline financial practices and drive continual process improve
- Experience using analytical systems to monitor operational performance;
- Demonstrated leadership of a high performing department with the ability to motivate and engage a team;
- Strong guest focus in all that you do;
- Ability to build robust relationships with a wide range of stakeholders;
- Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills;
- Proven influencing and negotiation skills;
- Proven experience achieving KPIs and maximising profit
