As a Digital & CRM Marketing Manager, you will lead our digital marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase customer engagement.

You will develop and execute digital strategies across various channels, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll oversee the creation of compelling content and manage digital campaigns to achieve measurable goals.

Reporting to General Manger of Marketing and Innovation the Digital & CRM Marketing Manager is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll oversee the creation of compelling content and manage digital campaigns to achieve measurable goals.

The purpose of this role is to develop, implement, and oversee digital strategies that effectively promote a company's products or services, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement and acquisition. 

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

The Role Recipe:

  • Develop initiatives to drive a more seamless experience across our website, app, delivery partners and stores.
  • Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals internal & external.
  • Development and execution of performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including PPC, SEO, display advertising, paid social advertising and have experience managing agency relationships.
  • Delivery of quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.
  • Identifying channels for new opportunities, including programmatic advertising, affiliate marketing, and partnerships.
  • Monitoring and analysis of the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Management and optimization of budgets for performance marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives and use of relevant theories on attribution modelling.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and identify the most effective marketing tactics.

Key Ingredients:

  • 5 or more years hands on experience with SEM, paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Campaign analytical skills across Google Analytics
  • Competition analysis and campaign troubleshooting abilities
  • A working knowledge of PPC strategies
  • Prior experience managing client relationships and accounts
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in building and executing complex journeys that encompass multiple channels and varying levels of personalization (experience with liquid is a bonus)
  • Ability to identify critical customer episodes and journeys and define target state customer communications to eliminate pain points.
  • You have solid training and hands on experience w market leading martech platforms
