ABOUT THE ROLE 

Based at our beautiful Scape Aurora asset in Melbourne CBD, the Operations Supervisor role is perfect for a naturally driven leader to make their mark. 

The Operations Supervisor will play an important leadership role, working hand-in-hand with the Operations Manager to lead the on-site Operations team to ensure the well-being and safety of our guests, team members, and the building as well as providing support to other key stakeholders. 

The Operation Supervisor will provide on-the-ground leadership to the on-site team, coordinating activities such as deliveries and completion of tasks, will use their good judgment when escalating risks, and be constantly looking for ways to provide a better experience for our guests both now and in the future.   

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE 

The ideal candidate for the Operations Supervisor will have the following skills and experience:  

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory role in a property management customer service-related environment 
  • A natural leader with the ability to make measured decisions in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Positive attitude and confidence in sharing ideas with the ability to evolve with a growing business; 
  • Immaculate personal presentation and organisational skills; 
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask and report to management; 
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of people and extend cultural sensitivity; 
  • Ability to lead team members with different personalities; and 
  • An outgoing and confident personality.
