THE ROLE
Are you a business analyst with a passion for Salesforce and a knack for continuous improvement? We are seeking a talented individual to join our Salesforce team, working on an exciting greenfield transformation. In this dynamic role, you'll leverage your Salesforce knowledge to digitize our resident and employee experience centered on Salesforce (SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, MarketingCloud, Field Service, ExperienceCloud, Engagement, and Mule).
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization within Salesforce.
- Develop technical designs and respective user stories for our development teams.
- Develop and implement user adoption strategies to maximize Salesforce utilization.
- Create reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
- Manage and prioritize multiple new capabilities simultaneously.
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Document processes and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
If you are a passionate Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem and a strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities and best practices, we want to hear from you. You will have a proven track record of delivering successful implementations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, coupled with the ability to translate business needs into actionable Salesforce solutions (together with our technical architect). You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment and possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Skills:
- Admin and/or Salesforce BA certification (a plus)
- Experience with Salesforce automation tools (e.g., Workflows, Process Builder)
- Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple capabilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
