Backed by a highly respected investment firm and supported by a team of domain specialists, Sana Health Group is seeking a Financial Controller to step into an existing role for a 14-month parental leave replacement.

About the Role
Reporting to the CEO, this leadership position is critical to ensuring the smooth financial operations of the organisation during the parental leave period. Your responsibilities will be to drive financial strategy & stability; lead operational excellence; champion transformation & change management; and to ensure financial regulatory & compliance best practice & reporting while partnering with operations to support revenue growth as new sites and services are launched.
This is a hands-on role, requiring you to manage day-to-day financial activities (such as audit, cash flow forecasting, and month-end reporting) while contributing to ongoing process improvements and supporting strategic initiatives. You’ll also lead and mentor a capable but junior finance team, ensuring continuity and success throughout the parental leave period.
About You
You are an experienced Financial Controller with a strong operational focus and a background in scaling and improving finance functions. Healthcare sector experience is highly desirable but not essential. You are adept at implementing financial systems and processes and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You bring strong commercial acumen, understand the financial dynamics of multi-site businesses, and can effectively communicate with both financial and non-financial stakeholders. You’re ready to step into a well-established role and ensure the ongoing success of the finance function.
