About The Role

We are looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join our esteemed local care team as Personal Care Assistants. You will provide personalised care and support to our clients to ensure they can continue to live the life they choose in their local community. Your tasks will include;

  • Assisting with daily activities: Helping clients with tasks such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
  • Mobility support: Aiding clients in moving around their home or community, including transfers to and from beds or wheelchairs.
  • Meal preparation: Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with feeding when necessary.
  • Companionship: Providing emotional support and engaging in conversation.
  • Community access: Accompanying clients to appointments, social outings, or errands.
  • Light housekeeping: Assisting with chores such as laundry, dishwashing, and maintaining a clean living environment.

About You

You have a compassionate spirit and a commitment to enhancing the wellbeing of others. You also have;

  • Cert III in Aged Care/Individual Support or Cert III in Home & Community Care or Cert IV in Disability
  • NDIS Worker Screen
  • Working With Children Check
  • Victorian Driver Licence, your own reliable transport in an insured vehicle
  • CPR & First Aid Certificates
  • A friendly demeanor and passion for care!
