About the Role

We’re looking for a Project Officer to support a new project that will shape the future of our services,

Working closely with the Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping the project on track and ensuring its success. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including lived experience advocates, operational teams, and senior leadership.

This is a full-time, 2-year fixed-term position (38 hours per week), based at our Northbridge head office.

What we’re looking for

The successful applicants will be required to meet the following criteria:

• Demonstrated experience in project support role.

• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads to meet timeframes.

• Demonstrated conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities.

• Considerable experience in using Microsoft Office 365 and high level technical skills.

• Demonstrated high level interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (including report writing). 

• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of diversity and social inclusion- including gender, sexuality, disability, cultural, age, and linguistic diversity and Aboriginal culture.

  • A salary aligned with Level 4 of the Ruah Enterprise Agreement (and the SCHADS Award), starting at $85,399.
