Experience / Qualifications
Your journey as a non-executive director on Boards of medium to large organizations sets you apart. Your senior-level management experience at scale, combined with financial acumen, will be invaluable as you contribute to our growth trajectory.
While financial qualifications are a plus, your commercial experience and digital prowess are highly desired. Your background in digital branding, marketing strategies, and e-commerce will be a driving force in our journey.

What's the time commitment?
There are quarterly Board meetings of 3 hours as well as up to 2 half day Strategic Workshops each year. Prior to each Board meeting, Directors should allow up to 1 day to review the papers and prepare.
Expectation is that Directors attend these meetings in person in Melbourne's CBD.
