Leveraging your phone-based sales expertise, you will educate, consult, respectfully influence, and enrol suitable students/ lifelong learners into one of our incredible courses, which you can check out here: https://online.rmit.edu.au/courses?category=short
We will provide you with the right tools, knowledge, and support to enable you to work collaboratively, surpass customer expectations and broader business goals whilst achieving and exceeding enrolment targets.
Outbound calls and communications are the majority of the role, with our leads being 95% warm through ‘expressions of interest' on our website. Knowing this, you can be confident to hit the phones with ease and talk about many of our exciting products and courses - no two conversations are ever the same.
Opportunity to interface with marketing/digital acquisition & product teams internally to push your feedback into the business and get heard - this is unusual for a telesales role but what makes RMITO so awesome. Your voice is heard!
Other responsibilities include hitting quality metrics and KPI’s tracking student enrolments via the CRM, contacting provided leads in a professional and timely manner, and providing a positive student experience!
Working collaboratively with your direct team and other departments, It’s truly an opportunity to make a big impact and shine as a sales professional.
A typical day is autonomous and consists of: ~ 50 outbound calls to warm leads and 3-5 enrolments per day. In saying that, we don't believe in targets for target sake, and prefer quality over quantity.
Salary is $60,000 Base + 11.5% Super + Uncapped Commission (OTE $90 - 120k+)
