Our Team and Hybrid Ways of Working
Our Operations team is a tight-knit, collaborative group that thrives on solving problems and supporting one another. To stay connected and engaged, we come together in the office at least once a week, usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays. These days are always buzzing with activity, creating a great chance to connect not only with our team but also with colleagues from across RMIT Online.
In-office days go beyond just desk work—they’re dedicated to brainstorming, celebrating achievements, and sharing ideas. We also make time to socialize over coffee, a shared lunch, or even some Korean fried chicken! Our team values work-life balance and is committed to supporting you both personally and professionally.
We also come into the office for Connection Sprints when the whole company gathers for two full days per quarter. It's a great way to learn more about what is happening in the business, learn together, celebrate together and get to know colleagues across the whole company better - it's a real vibe that we all look forward to!
What Makes You the Perfect Fit?
