Redearth Boutique Hotel is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join the team today!

Be an integral part of the senior management team—working hand in hand with the Hotel Manager who shares the same vision for success. You will have the freedom to be a leader, mentor, and coach to our team of friendly professionals who love to make memorable moments for our guests! We want talent, we want you!   

About you:

• Duty Management experience in a large hotel, with proven success
• A positive, solutions-based focus with strong strategic thinking and the ability to forward plan successfully
• Experience in coaching and developing a team with a passion for performance and development 
• Excellent time management skills 
• A desire to grow your skills and progress your leadership experience
• The ability to work flexibly including on weekends
• Hold QLD RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers, or willing to obtain
