Mower Operator - Sports Fields

Since 1992, we’ve grown into a leading force in the industry, with over 1,500 team members across New Zealand and Australia. Now, we have a rare and exciting opportunity to join our Auckland Sports Field team as a Mower Operator on a permanent, full-time basis.

What You’ll Do

As a dedicated Sports Field Mower Operator, you’ll help maintain and showcase West Auckland’s sports parks. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Mowing sports fields using rotary and ride-on mowers to achieve high-quality turf care.
• Performing weed eating and push mowing, as needed, to ensure finer details are pristine.
• Conducting routine maintenance on equipment to ensure it operates efficiently.
• Ensuring all fields meet top presentation standards and align with client specifications.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re on the lookout for someone who thrives in outdoor work and is eager to help maintain exceptional sports fields. You’ll bring:

• Experience with small plant or ride-on mowers (preferred but not essential).
• A full, current driver’s licence with manual capability (Class 2 is a bonus).
• Physical fitness to handle the demands of sports field maintenance.
• Basic computer skills for equipment and reporting tasks.
• A commitment to Health and Safety policies and a strong work ethic.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
