About The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the stunning grounds of a high-profile retirement village. Your responsibilities will mowing, push mowing, weed eating and blowing. With safety and respect for residents and staff as your top priorities, you’ll ensure all maintenance is carried out to the highest standard.
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you have experience with small plant equipment or ride-on mowers, but it’s not essential. If you’re passionate about working outdoors and bring a strong work ethic, you’ll fit right in! Ideal candidates will have:

- A full, current driver’s licence with manual capability (Class 2 is a plus)
- A love for the outdoors and pride in high-quality work
- Basic computer and smart phone skills would be beneficial
- A strong commitment to health and safety standards
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
