Are you a dynamic, strategic leader ready to take the reins of regional operations and drive long-term business success? We’re looking for an experienced Regional Manager to join our NZ Leadership Team — someone who thrives on delivering results, inspiring teams, and shaping commercial strategy.

About the Role:

As Regional Manager, you’ll be accountable for financial performance, operational excellence, and people leadership across a large, geographically dispersed region. You’ll play a pivotal role in defining regional strategy, leading large-scale contracts, and ensuring our continued growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of financial and operational targets with full P&L responsibility
• Drive strategic initiatives and identify new market opportunities
• Build and retain strong customer relationships to ensure contract performance
• Oversee complex service delivery across multiple contracts
• Foster a high-performing, accountable culture across your teams
• Lead and mentor Operations Managers, enabling succession and leadership growth
• Champion a strong health & safety culture and ensure full compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years in senior operations management roles (contracting or service delivery preferred)
• Proven leadership of large, diverse teams across multiple locations
• Strong commercial acumen and financial management experience
• Expertise in client engagement, tenders, and contract negotiation
• A strategic thinker with a passion for operational improvement and people development
• Resilient, proactive, and a natural problem-solver
