About the role

As a Customer Service Officer at Fawkner Leisure Centre, you will be the welcoming face of our community, delivering exceptional service to all patrons in person, over the phone, and via email. You’ll promote our programs, offer membership solutions, handle inquiries, and resolve concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Your passion for customer service will ensure that every visitor feels supported and valued. Along with providing top-tier customer support, you’ll manage administrative tasks like processing payments and memberships. If you are enthusiastic about delivering a positive experience and engaging with the community, this role is for you!

This is a casual position and the hourly rate is $31.13 per hour + Super.

Part time positions available.

About you

With our focus on providing the exceptional customer experience and always providing outstanding customer service, we will be looking for someone who is energetic, can help to create a welcoming environment and enthusiastic about helping and assisting others.

You will be working alongside our other Customer Service Officers, and will also work closely with Duty Managers to ensure smooth service and running of the facility overall.

Qualifications & Experience

  • HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
  • HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous
