Fawkner Leisure Centre is focused around the local community, specifically fostering strong community ties and a sense of belonging. At the Centre you can learn to swim, enjoy a barista made coffee from our cafe, exercise with lap swimming in our indoor pool, relax in our spa and sauna, or cool off in summer in our outdoor heated pools.

About the opportunities
Swim Teacher (Casual | $32.25)
In this role you will develop and deliver lesson plans that promote swimming skill building in school aged children, combining stroke development with water safety and enhancing the overall confidence and ability of your students. For this role you will require a Swim Teacher qualification and CPR.
Customer Service Officer (Casual | $30.44)
As a Customer Service Officer you will be greeting members, responding to enquiries, and performing general but important administrative tasks. Our Customer Service Officer's always put the customer experience at the forefront of all interactions with people within the community.
Café Attendant (Casual | $30.13)
As a Cafe Attendant you will be responsible for high quality food and beverage preparation and great customer service. For this role you will require First Aid, CPR, and DoFoodSafely Certificate of Completion.
Lifeguard (Casual | $32.25)
As a Pool Lifeguard you will supervise a large aquatic space while pro-actively ensuring a safe environment in and around the pool area. For this role you will require a Pool Lifeguard qualification (funding may be available to help you obtain this qualification). First Aid and CPR certificates are also required.
Support in obtaining the relevant qualifications is available for the right candidates!
