• Full-time permanent on-going role, based at Geraldton 
• Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Tuesday roster - Perfect for maintaining a healthy work-life balance

To be successful in the role 

This role is set in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have: 

• Senior retail management experience. 
• A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service. 
• A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team 
• Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities. 
• Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results. 
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
